MyCheryCare is a unique innovation from Chery that combines a host of free services. These services include a chauffeur service, free maintenance services and convenience features with every new Chery purchased from 1 February 2023*
What’s more, these features are included for the first two years of ownership at no extra cost and can be extended to five years at a nominal fee.
Existing Chery owners can also gain access to this service at a 15% discount.

My Surface
This benefit assists you in having your vehicle repaired when any minor incidents occur. Like minor trolly dents, stone chips, a small scratch on the door, refurbish discoloration to steering wheel or even dashboard. This benefit reduces the risk of you using your comprehensive insurance and having to pay excessive excess payments.

My Taxi
The MyTaxi benefit is a convenience service, offering you a safe way home or back to work after dropping your vehicle off at a Chery dealership for its annual routine service or in the unlikely event of an unexpected breakdown on the side of the road. Rather than jumping into a tow truck to get a ride home, we can book you a MyTaxi for you to utilize. The 5-year up-sell version allows you to utilize the benefit for leisure as well. For example, when you are going out with friends. All it takes is a 15-minute advance booking time.

My Drive Home
This benefit is a leisure benefit which allows you to go out with friends and have a few alcoholic beverages and not worry about how to get home safely. MyCheryCare will have you covered; all we require is a 2-hour booking notice in advance so that we can dispatch two drivers to your location. One driver will drive you and your vehicle to the requested drop-off address whilst the other driver will follow to collect the driver which was driving you home.

My Courtesy Car
This benefit offers you a rental vehicle for 2 days when your beloved Chery vehicle is going in for it’s annual routine service or 10 days in the unfortunate event you Chery experiences mechanical or electrical failure which requires repairs. Clients will be responsible for the fuel deposit of R2000.00 and if any additional day’s rental is required, this will be at customer’s cost. Free delivery within a 25 km radius from our closest rental depot. All bookings are to be made 24 hours in advance. *** Available only to customers on the extended 5-year plan.

My Courtesy Car Access
This benefit offers every MyCheryCare client, access to a car rental at a discounted rate, lower upfront deposits, 200km free per day, free delivery if within a 25km radius from our closest rental depot, etc. Discounts can range from around 30% to 50% depending on the vehicle group requested. All bookings must be made 2 hours in advance if you are collecting the vehicle from one of our rental depots or 24 hours in advance, if you require the rental company to deliver it to you.
